Beech systems specialises in creating custom databases using the robust, industry acclaimed IBM Lotus Notes database platform.
These can be "in house" applications which can be used and accessed by all the employees within the company, or they can
be multi-site applications, where employees can access the database from home or from other working establishments; infact
from any location in the world, where there is access to the internet.
For other companies, databases have been written where they have two interfaces, one for the world to see and one for the
company employees to see. Based on the requirements, the "public" can provide information which can then be processed
by the company.

This web based application form database was originally written for the Manchester head office, to be used by the 2005 graduate intakes, but due to its success (almost 3,000 applicants registered), the database has also been adapted for the 2006, 2007 and now 2008 (to see the live web portion of this database, click here). |

This is a multi-user, multi site database management system. It was originally written for the Clitheroe's head office, but since the original version,
it has been written for their office in Great Harwood and a new version, designed specifically for the Rental market has also been written. |

The Co-operative Pharmacy recruitment database (2006 campaign). |

This web based database is similar to the Graduate recruitment databases. Based on its success, the Pharmacy

The JSLevy Campaign management, sales and customer appointment database. |

JSLevy are a successful designer clothing distibutor based in Manchester. This database was commissioned to enable the campaign managers
to manage their portfolios more effectively, especially while they were travelling to shows. It is a secure web based database, which is accessible from
any location in the world, hence enabling all the mangers to keep in touch with the latest developments. |

The Co-operative Retail Management web and client based database. |
|
This database was designed and written for the Retail Management department at the Manchester head office. It is an online application form, designed to be completed by potential Retail Managers, on the internet. Included in the web functionality was the option for potential managers to upload their CVs. When the application is completed, the data is automatically transferred to another database in the Manchester office, where the human resource department are able to process the forms. |

This database was designed as a repository for all training material. It is a simple web based database that is used on Promethian's intranet network, available for all employees to access, search and download training material. |
